Our headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover – around 3,000 employees work here to shape the future of ROSSMANN. Our Non Food Purchasing stands for diversity – you meet a mix of different product groups: from outdoor and household items, to toys and stationery to Decoration. It awaits you with a wide range of tasks, including the organisation and handling of our direct imports, as well as ensuring the correct tariffing of our non-food articles. With our varied assortments and promotional items from the IDEENWELT brand, we want to convince our customers – to organize the transport route from the production site to the ROSSMANN warehouse. This body is limited to 2 years within the framework of a parental leave and can be occupied in part-time with 25 hours/week or full-time.

As a specialist, you are part of the 7-member team of import management and assist in importing the Non Food article Its focus is on the organisation of the timely FOB goods shipping of the containers and ensuring deliveries to our import warehouse Interface management: You are in close contact with the English-speaking suppliers from the Far East, the forwarding service providers and our non-food product management teams and our in-house logistics Your operational tasks include the creation of orders, the identification and settlement of tariff numbers, monitoring of delivery dates and deadlines, maintenance of product master files, document checks and the review of the invoice including: the control of customs documents In case of delays, exchange with product management and show proactive solution options
