Authorisation/coordination of maintenance and repair work on technical installations Preparing technical tenders and maintenance of external installations Implementation of small repairs on technical installations and technical controls Contact for service companies Cooperation in energy and environmental management Care and care of the pool vehicles Ready for business trips

Completed training for technician/master electrical engineering or gas/water installation craftsmanship for independent repairs Reliable, independent and business activities, constructive and team-oriented work Class B /ehem licence. 3 Service orientation German knowledge (min. level C1)
