Currently we are looking for:

Junior IT specialist m/w/d

Your tasks:

• You work hand in hand with our global IT manager on the analysis, control and development of IT processes and the global IT strategy
• You first make sure that the necessary KPIs are available for process security and efficiency, and then work actively to pursue and implement measures to improve them.
• You will get insights into all areas of IT, such as IT operating processes, project management, IT architecture, service management, IT governance, IT controlling as well as the technical and technical aspects of our IT
• You take part in the regular coordination of the IT management with the Management Board and support in the preparation and follow-up.
• As part of your activity, you also support the internal (and possibly external) communication on IT projects and future topics

Your profile:

• You have a degree with a focus on business informatics, a training as a professional informant or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the field of IT services, have ITIL skills and want to significantly shape this area in the future
• Your very good communication skills in German and English allow you to work closely with our colleagues on the ground, who you can get to know personally during occasional travels.
