Application: Product development Location: Übach-Palenberg Job-ID: 18689 Develop and optimise efficient and innovative formulations with the technological focus in the Baking Segment Make prototypes and plan or carry out innovation meetings Plane, organize and carry out test and first productions directly in practice Define clear quality standards for our products and actively support the specification management process Accompany the purchase at the selection of new suppliers, participate in supplier audits and support the controlling in product calculations Prepare tastings as well as sensory tests, perform these and ensure compliance with our high IFS and HACCP standards Tax your own subprojects, drive change processes (e.g. OPEX) and work constructively to achieve the objectives of the work

A completed professional training in the food sector as well as sound application skills First professional experience in product development and well-founded experience in project management Skills and knowledge in bakery A strong business understanding as well as comprehensive, practical IT skills in MS Office and SAP Flowing German and English knowledge for smooth communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers A pronounced hand-on mentality, high self-initiative and pronounced readiness to learn Flexibility, teamability and a high level of service orientation combined with a high level of communication, positive appearance Creativity and genuine enthusiasm for the products of black production and the willingness to travel activities
