♪ This is your new job:

In the intensively supervised girls' group in Kirtorf, we serve five girls and young women from preschool age. The group offers a shelter and a safe place for girls who had to experience multiple traumatic experiences in their lives. We work animal-assisted and at the level of relationships, usually with a team of 6-8 women who accompany the girls and young women* in their daily lives. With the ultimate goal of fatigue, we assume that the girls are capable of active self-determined life if we succeed in activating the spilled potentials of the girls and giving them individual help to unfold them.

♪ These are your tasks as a female social education specialist (d/m/w):

• structuring and accompaniment of everyday life in the group
• administrative tasks in the group framework, such as reporting and application, responsibility for assigned financial resources.
• Support for girls* in the development of life and career prospects
• Promoting the independent and responsible way of life of girls*
• Development promotion of individual
• Support in all forms of crises, conflicts and difficult situations of life.
• Planning and implementation of group excursions, city expeditions and summer periods in consultation with colleagues.
• Targeted use of systemic parent consultation
• Case management in relation to the youth assistance measures of the associated reference child.
• Coordination of cooperation with parents, youth offices, schools, doctors, therapists and other speakers.
• Participation in regular team and service meetings, specialist consulting, supervision and sector-specific conferences, exam days and quality circles

♪ You bring this as a female social education specialist (d/m/w):

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
