As a HR Expert People Processes & Systems (w/m/d), we are looking for you as a full-time, limited to 2 years. Become a permanent team member in our Center of Process & Projects within the People & Organisation area.

You analyze, optimize and automate HR processes and develop them further. You are fully responsible for HR projects – from the acceptance and analysis of the requirements, the design of suitable solutions to the successful implementation and sustainable anchoring in our processes. You identify automation and digitization potentials and implement them using modern technologies and AI solutions (e.g. Microsoft Copilot). You develop our HR system landscape (especially Personio) and shape digital, standardized and scalable workflows. You analyze HR data, evaluate technical and organizational requirements and take measures to increase efficiency and quality. You are part of our currently two-headed Center of Process & Projects and actively shape the further development of a modern, data-driven and future-oriented HR organization.

Complete studies in the field of business management, human resources management, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in HR process management, HR project management or HR digitization as well as in the optimization of personal processes. Experience with HR IT systems, ideally personio, as well as detectable projects in the implementation of digitization and automation projects. Knowledge of processes, data and system landscapes as well as their technical mapping. Safe handling of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft teams as well as ideally experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools. Embossed analytical skills, a structured way of working and a high affinity for digitization, automation and continuous process improvement. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
