Processing of accounting and financial data from different programs/systems (e.g. ERP systems, foreign software, Excel lists), after successful technical integration. Data mapping: Creating a data mapping according to corporate policies to harmonize data formats, account plans and structural elements. Accounting activities: implementation of the principal, creditor, debitor and asset accounting, taking into account the corporate policies and accounting standards (e.g. HGB and, if applicable, IFRS). Transfer and support of the integrated booking circuits to the operational departments: Ensure that You understand the processes and apply them correctly. Process optimization: Identification and implementation of best practices in accounting to increase efficiency, transparency and quality. Automation & Reporting: Creating and maintaining Excel evaluations, reports and tools; Development and use of VBA macros for the automation of recurring tasks and for data processing. Cooperation: Close interaction with the FRW team (financial and accounting), IT or SAP/Systemtechnik, as well as the specialist departments to clarify and implement requirements.

Completed training as an account holder or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with corporate knowledge or corporate structures. Experience with data acquisition / integration from various accounting or ERP systems. Very good understanding of account plans, accounting circles, accounting policies. Advanced Excel knowledge; secure use of VBA for automation, data processing and reporting. Analytical skills, high accuracy and care. Ability to capture complex technical requirements and translate them into accounting processes.
