In your role as a technical specialist (m/w/d) for heating systems, you make a decisive contribution to the successful planning of modern, sustainable heat solutions. You combine technical deep knowledge with consulting strength and accompany our customers along the entire planning and implementation process – in partnership, solution-oriented and at eye level. As a technical specialist (m/w/d) – Planning & Pre-Sales in the indoor service / training center Munich, you take over the technical design and configuration of tailor-made heating system solutions and ensure that our products are optimally adapted to the respective requirements. You are the first contact point for our customers and advise them competently in the planning and design of modern heating solutions and support them in sound decisions After careful analysis of the project requirements, you can support concrete concept proposals as well as sophisticated system combinations for heat generation and water heating You accompany our customers in the pre-sales phase and support them personally in the selection and planning of vaillant systems – including all relevant framework conditions Together with our partners, you will also assist you during the installation phase and provide qualified technical support

You bring several years of professional experience in heating, technical building equipment or system and plant planning with Your well-founded technical understanding of modern heating systems as well as your structured way of working allow you to safely evaluate and interpret sophisticated solutions – first experience in technical customer consulting or in the creation of concept suggestions ideally complements your profile Qualification: You have a technical training as well as a further qualification (e.g. technician (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or a study of supply technology) Personality: You are characterized by a high service and solution orientation, communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons Language: You have fluent German skills
