As a working student:in the field you support our entire People & Culture team in a variety of areas, e.g.People & Culture Services Personal administration & document management, such as the creation and maintenance of regular evaluations, creation, care and removal of employee documents, care of personal files, support in data management in the system, creating/preparing certificates Support in the planning and control of our annual processes (bone, salary rounds, development topics) Working in various upcoming projects, you can also maintain your own small (partial) projects yourself, e.g. employee satisfaction, anniversaries, HR process optimizations etc. close cooperation with the entire P&C team and other interfaces In Ismaning, the People & Culture team is headed, a business partner as well as our services team, and in our retail organization we have three other business partners: women and an employer branding expert.

You study BWL, Psychology or a comparable subject with a focus on staff or complete a corresponding training in the field of human resources ideally, you already bring first practical experience in the personnel sector, for example through internships or a previous student work If you're open, you'll be interested in bringing a high self-motivation and, in principle, enjoying new things. a quick conception, hand-on mentality, pleasure in team work and no bareness in IT systems round off your profile you have knowledge of German at native language level and bring good to very good English knowledge in word and writing with Office 365 knowledge we also require
