Experience impressive host moments in a dedicated team of 60 employees in one of the leading houses in the region known across the borders for its family hospitality and Bavarian cuisine. 86 comfortably furnished rooms and suites, meeting and event facilities for up to 400 people, a beauty & wellness area as well as a large gastronomy with beer garden make our hotel a place for active and relaxing holidaymakers and cultural lovers.

Type of employment: Full time

You take over the technical and organizational management of our housekeeping team and ensure smooth daily business operations.

You coordinate daily tasks and personnel deployment and keep an overview on well booked days.

You control our guest rooms, suites, public areas and the spa area and ensure our quality, cleaning and hygiene standards.

You actively work in operational housekeeping and support your team where you are needed.

You organize and control the stock of laundry, detergents and guest articles and take care of timely reorders.

You work in new employees, pass on your knowledge and ensure a good team collaboration.

You pay attention to careful handling of work materials, machines and equipment.

You work closely with reception and the other departments of the house and are first contact persons with room-related concerns.

You have professional experience in housekeeping, ideally already in a responsible or leading position.

Cleanliness, order and quality are not only standards for you – you have the famous look for detail.

You like to organize, set priorities and keep an overview even if there is a lot to do at the hotel.

You are valuable, reliable and understand themselves as part of your team.

An independent, structured and responsible way of working is obvious to you.

You have good knowledge of German; English or other languages are advantageous.

You appear friendly and well maintained and are happy to work with people of different nationalities.

You are flexible and ready to work even on weekends and holidays.
