Compliance Spezialist (m/f/d)

As a Compliance specialist (m/w/d) in the Regulatory & Anti Financial Crime Compliance department, you are responsible for monitoring legal regulations and regulations and for their implementation. You take on the technical responsibility for classical compliance issues as well as for change processes. Your tasks include: Monitoring and evaluation of regulatory and legal requirements with a focus on MaRisk compliance Implementation of legal monitoring and maintenance and further development of the legal inventory Analysis of legal changes and regulatory developments and derivation of necessary implementation measures Control and coordination of the new product process (NPP) as well as accompanying significant changes in the organization of the structure and process Conducting risk analyses, compliance risk assessments and control actions Creation and development of control plans including documentation of control results Consultation and support of departments in regulatory issues as part of the Second Line of Defence Creation of compliance reporting and management reports including the annual compliance report Further development and updating of the written order in the area of responsibility Contact persons for internal and external auditors, auditors and supervisory authorities Conception and implementation of training and awareness-raising measures Cooperation in projects and accompanying regulatory change projects

Successfully completed studies of law, economics, economic law or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the compliance, risk management or regulatory area of a credit institution, financial service provider or consultancy company Funded knowledge of MaRisk and ideally practical experience in the new product process (NPP) Safe understanding of regulatory requirements and their implementation in organisations Impressed analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and practical way Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High communication and consulting skills in dealing with different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
