What do you expect?

For over 20 years, we have grown a billing system with numerous interfaces, special bills and customer specialties in the customer business. All of this is to go on a new target platform. Accounting and customer service continue to be stable throughout the entire migration. We are looking for someone who not only plans and coordinates, but also packs on. You work with us surgically, you're in the middle of the detail and you're pushing things forward personally.

Your tasks

You control the ERP/Billing migration to the new system and get all special logics and interfaces on board. You make sure that the operation is not at risk at any time. You are thinking about the AI strategy from the start and driving automation in customer care, churn prognosis, recovery measures and billing processes. You define a clear division of tasks between AI, our onshore teams and the teams in Germany. You pack yourself, whether in the analysis of old logic, mapping data or in test migrations.

You have successfully carried out at least one resolution of a grown old ERP or billing system with millions of datasets, ideally in subscription or publishing. You can dig out undocumented special logic and rate it clean. You have well-founded practice in data migration: cleaning, mapping of product- to customer-centric structures, test migrations and parallel operation. You control external providers at eye level, including contract and change request management. You have introduced AI virtually and measurably in customer service or back office, for example with automation rate or cost savings as a result. You have a hand-on mentality and you prefer to work surgically than conceptually.
