As Head of Finance (m/w/d), the leadership and further development of a team of approx. 10 internal and external employees in accounting in your hands In addition to your leadership role, the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB and IFRS) as well as budget creation and liquidity planning are your tasks The management and processing of electronic payment transactions in Germany and abroad as well as the accounting and settlement are your responsibility In doing so, you act as an operating manager, work together with the accounting With important internal and external interfaces and stakeholders, you work together trustfully and report directly to the Management Board Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

After completing your business studies or comparable, you have gained many years of experience in international financial and accounting This allows you to have knowledge in the areas of accounting and controlling as well as in the handling of German and ideally international financial standards You have collected your professional and leadership experience in an industrial and medium-sized environment They convince by communication strength and sense of responsibility, are characterized by a hand-on mentality and flexibility They are used to work successfully in an international matrix organization, bringing intercultural competence and knowledge of English in a safe manner Management qualities, team skills, identification with corporate goals, communication strength and solution orientation complete your profile
