You will receive a basic training of the administrative and operational processes in contract logistics. They are developed in the field of leadership competencies, project competencies and WMS expertise through different training programs. They are rewarding the calculation of existing and new customer projects. They are trained in the department Warehouse Controlling and work closely with the Contract Logistics Manger. They develop and implement sector-specific tools for performance measurement in contract logistics in the long term. Together with the Contract Logistics Manager, you create the operational and strategic decision-making based on performance evaluations, benchmarks and key figures. You undertake project work in exchange with your supervisor as well as colleagues from the branch and the head office. During the entire trainee program, you will get holistic insights into contract logistics as well as other facilities and will become a warehouse manager in the long term. After an orientation phase at the end of the successfully completed trainee program, we plan your seamless takeover into a permanent position at DACHSER in the field of contract logistics.

They bring optimally completed studies (Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts) in the field of business management with a focus on logistics. You have good knowledge of English. They're bringing travel readiness. They are dedicated, possess safe handling of MS Office as well as analytical skills. They convince by your communicative appearance and your enforcing ability.
