Setter Plastic Injection Molding Machines (m/f/d)

Roughening and installation of injection moulding machines including tool change and testing of machine, tool and tools before production begins Preparing and professionally changing the materials taking into account the predetermined material preparation and traceability adjustment of machine and periphery, start-up of the production process as well as monitoring process and part quality Conducting the necessary start-up, initial and ongoing tests and documenting the results Detection, analysis and elimination of disturbances and typical errors in the injection molding process Introduction of appropriate measures for quality or safety deviations and information of competent bodies Cleaning and maintenance of machines, tools and workplaces as well as reporting wear, damage and maintenance requirements Conduct the necessary production and quality documentation and ensure a structured layer transfer Compliance with quality and safety requirements

Complete technical or plastics vocational training or a comparable qualification Practical experience in tool change, machine operation and injection molding process Good knowledge of fault analysis and troubleshooting as well as handling plastics, materials and peripherals Safe handling of test equipment and relevant requirements for quality assurance and traceability awareness of the importance of work safety, quality and process stability Experience in automotive series operation Willingness to work in shiftwork Good German knowledge
