The Director of Contract and Finance (DCF) represents the company to customers and all subcontractors in contractual matters and is in contact with the program directors to ensure that the implementation of the program meets the overall objectives of the company. The role includes providing commercial advice, ensuring financial integrity and reviewing the contractual compliance of all programme activities while supporting strategic decision-making and reporting to the President.
