Content Development: Participation in the development of new engagement-based content formats and process optimization in the field of community management
Best Practices: Development and Implementation of Best Practices for the Moderation and Governance of the Community Platform
Presentation creation: preparation and processing of presentations as well as preparation and execution of internal and external briefings
Data Analysis: Support for the Processing of Data Reportings for the Success Measurement of Community Data for the Team and Management
KPI further development: participation in the further development of the KPI set and identification of new use cases based on the community's offering portfolio
Ticket creation: support in the creation of tickets, e.g. in Jira, as well as close cooperation with the product developers as part of regular project prints
