Support Operational Control Ensure that customer requests are processed quickly and effectively Escalation management in complex or critical support cases Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) Team management Leadership and motivation of the support team Planning and implementation of training and training measures Support staff support in operational daily business Analysis & Reporting Evaluation of relevant key figures (e.g. processing times, ticket volume, customer satisfaction) Creation of reports for management Quality Management & Information Security Continuous optimization of support processes Introduction and development of tools and support systems Building and maintenance of knowledge database Participation in the further development of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) – perspective also take over responsibility in the control and further development of the ISMS

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or a successful degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT field Multiannual experience in IT support (1st–3rd level), ideally with leadership experience Experience in handling ticket systems and IT service processes Basic understanding of IT infrastructure Experience or knowledge in the field of ISMS / ISO 27001 or multiannual experience as an information security officer Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation Embossed communication and team skills High level of customer and service orientation
