CNC Milling Machine – 5-Axis Machining (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a reliable 5-axis CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) in full time for one of our well-known customer companies.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Setup, programming and operation of CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines
• Customize and Optimize CNC Programs
• Manufacturing of components according to technical drawings and specifications
• Implementation of quality and measurement controls
• Correction of tools and machining parameters
• Ensuring the operational readiness of machines and tools
• Maintenance and cleaning work carried out according to requirements

Technical requirements

• Completed training as machining mechanic (m/w/d)
• Multiannual professional experience in CNC milling, ideally in 5-axis machining
• Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
• Self-employed, structured and quality-conscious work
• High sense of responsibility and team skills
• readiness to work in the shift system
• readiness to incorporate into complex manufacturing processes
