Would you like to accompany children in a special support framework, go educationally new ways and actively shape the construction of an inclusive group? Then we offer you a working field with a lot of design space, real teamwork and space for your own ideas.

In our new pilot project with a care period from 8:00 to 14:00 we accompany children with different individual needs. They support the children sensitively on their personal development path and create a reliable and secure everyday life together with the team.

In our CJD Kita “The Wild Wolves” every child is at the heart of his personality, strengths and his own pace. We create a protected framework full of security, security and appreciation in which children feel accepted and seen.

Our educational work is strengthened and characterized by real coexistence. In age-mixed groups, we promote early childhood development, social skills and self-employment through common learning and own experiences.

• Construction and educational design of a new inclusive kindergarten group with up to 10 children
• Support and support of children in participation, autonomy and self-employment
• Observation of children and derivation of appropriate funding and support services
• Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers and group activities according to conception
• Documentation of offers, observations etc.
• Confidential cooperation in the team as well as with leadership and expert advice
• Advising caregivers within the framework of the educational partnership on possible aid needs, diagnostics and individual development issues
• Design of parental work, development talks and parental events

• Remarkable: experience in dealing with children with special support needs
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
