Warehouse Logistics Specialist – Equipment & Supplies (m/f/d)

Your role As a specialist warehouse logistics - resources & equipment (all genders) you ensure that all equipment, tools and consumables are available in time and work reliably in the production site. You check, set up devices and keep an overview of issues, returns and stocks. If you encounter problems, log in and document them and work closely with IT and external partners to find quick solutions.

setup, maintenance and easy configuration of scanners and IT devices according to defined specifications Regular control of devices, tools and batteries on function, condition and state of charge Output and withdrawal of scanners, tools and equipment including digital capture and documentation Return of defective or unused equipment and identification and transfer for repair or replacement Acceptance of supplies and monitoring of stocks and consumables (e.g. batteries, gloves, labels) Support for smaller scanner or device problems in day-to-day business as well as forwarding of complex topics to IT or specialist departments Maintenance of lists, transfer logs and notification of missing or non-returned devices Ensuring order, cleanliness and regulated access in the output area

Practical experience in the warehouse and logistics environment, in particular in tool management, equipment output and inventory control Understanding logistics processes, inventory management and safety regulations as well as basic technical knowledge in battery care and equipment maintenance Safe handling of PCs, scanners and MS Office or G Suite applications (additional knowledge in the application of a warehouse management system is a plus) High detail accuracy, structured and independent working methods as well as the ability to reliably control several topics in parallel Solution-oriented thinking and interest in the continuous improvement of processes Open appearance and pronounced communication skills as well as good German (min. B2-level) and basic English skills (min. A2/B1-level)
