• As a technically experienced trainer, you will develop training and workshops on our IT security products for our customers and partners and carry them on your own - online, in our offices or with our local customers
• You continuously develop existing training concepts and integrate new technologies and product developments
• You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our training infrastructure
• You work closely with Product Owners, Development, Support and Consulting and support the teams with your expertise. Experiences from customer training, give practical feedback and help improve our products and services.
• You regularly take internal and external training and share your knowledge in internal training

That's what you bring

• Complete technical studies or a successfully completed IT-related training. Further training in the field of adult education is advantageous
• Multiannual professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on technical knowledge transfer, consulting, training or technical sales
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching and network architecture
• Pleasure to convey technical content in a comprehensible and targeted manner, as well as experience in carrying out training, workshops or technical presentations
• Embossed communication capability as well as a safe occurrence in customer contact
• Structured, independent operation and high service orientation
• Excellent German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1) and fluent English knowledge (at least B2)
• High readiness (50 %) and flexibility
