The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, real estate management and real estate sales, as well as the forestry and nature-protection services of the property. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. Ensuring project objectives, maintaining costs, dates and qualities, including risk management Project and risk management for individual construction measures Coordination and interface management Ownership and contractor representation vis-à-vis the construction and supervision level of the building administration or external project participants Plausibility of the constructional documentation and examination of the plan implementation from the client and operator perspective Creation of the building conditions for efficient building Management of construction projects on federal properties and technical and economic project management

Qualification: Complete technical university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering Competences: Funded experience in project management Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of complex new, re- and extension measures Knowledge of the basics and regulations relating to public construction, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, VgV, HOAI, Landesbauordnung, GEG, DIN, BFR GBestand, BFR Verm knowledge of federal building-specific guides, e.g. in the field of sustainable construction (guide for sustainable construction) General knowledge of facility management Funded knowledge of the SAP application as well as service-specific IT expertise or the willingness to acquire, deepen and continuously expand these short-term approaches Good application knowledge in the field of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make (small) decisions and take responsibility Driving licence class B as well as readiness to frequent, including full and multi-day missions (including as a self-driver [w/m/d]) An application presupposes the willingness to undergo a review pursuant to Section 10 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG)
