Speaker Accounting Excellence – Accounting, Processes & AI (m/f/d)

Completion of annual accounts: Your first quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS, primarily for our wind farm companies.

Reporting expert: You enter companies and balance sheet items, assess balance sheet items according to HGB and IFRS and contribute your expertise to the further development of our accounting and accounting processes.

Designing processes and digitalization: You analyze processes, identify optimization potentials and develop efficient, standardized and digital end-to-end processes together with the specialist areas and IT – from the emergence of a business incident to the creation of the annual and consolidated financial statements.

AI potentials include: You identify fields of application for artificial intelligence in accounting, evaluate suitable solutions and support their introduction and successful use in everyday work. You support the knowledge transfer within the team and support colleagues in the use of modern AI tools.

A completed degree in business, economics or business informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting, finance or digitization. Multiannual professional experience in external accounting as well as sound knowledge in the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS. Joy in analysing processes, critically questioning and developing them with different disciplines. A high affinity for digitalization, automation and modern technologies, as well as the motivation to actively shape new accounting practices. SAP-FI knowledge (ideally S/4HANA) as well as sound knowledge in MS Excel. Experience in project or process management is advantageous. Good English skills to score internationally.
