They maintain, coordinate and monitor the maintenance and operation of the HVDC converters as well as other DC systems (FACTS) of TransnetBW GmbH with focus on primary and system technology. As a central contact person for the primary and system technology of HVDC converter / FACTS They provide the operational units with technical expertise and support in matters relating to plant design and maintenance. They help with major disturbances, perform disturbance and damage analyses, create fault reports and develop suggestions for the maintenance program. Within the scope of the DC projects, you will bring the plant-operated concerns into the project and support them already during the planning phase, so that a smooth transfer of the plants to the plant can take place. They work in internal and external bodies, representing the interests of the plant operation of TransnetBW GmbH.

You have completed an engineering study of electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, energy technology or high-voltage technology. They have basic knowledge of energy technology, HGÜ technology and power electronics and are ideally providing practical knowledge in the maintenance and operation of high and high voltage systems. They like to work in the team, have a high level of social competence and are enforceable. They have an independent way of working, a high sense of responsibility and master the English language well in word and writing. You own the license class B and bring travel readiness.
