Central contact person (w/m/d) for our customers and responsible for the holistic facility management Ensuring the contractually agreed services and quality standards Creation of maintenance and inspection plans and monitoring of performance and quality control for domestic and foreign services Monitoring of statutory audit periods, requirements and warranty, defect and damage management Creation of offers for repair services and coordination of implementation Call for tenders, procurement, monitoring, acceptance and management of subcontractors Documentation of all relevant processes for the object and the order

Ideally successful completion to the master, state-tested technicians or specialist (w/m/d) of the departments Building Technology, Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering, HKLS or Facility Management Alternatively: completed study in the field of facility management, building technology or comparable – also professional starters or graduates (m/d) are welcome Professional experience in building technology (electro, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Experience in an equivalent position desirable Predictive and solution-oriented work Safe handling of MS Office driving licence class B
