You conduct, develop and control our quality and are responsible for products, processes, and lean management, audits and PPE in our work. To do this, you reliably ensure compliance with all quality specifications and deadline targets with your team and, if necessary, initiate special measures to eliminate errors. In addition, you will implement sustainable improvement measures, which will keep you in mind relevant key figures and analyze developments in order to develop initiatives to achieve even more effective targets. As a manager, you accompany your team, recognize individual potentials and promote the further development of your employees through training measures. In addition, you coordinate the personnel planning and conduct regular discussions to comply with relevant requirements. Last but not least, you conduct projects as well as KV-, Lean-Management- and 5S-Processes independently and ensure that improvements are permanently anchored in everyday work.

Completed university studies, e.g. like industrial engineering, production engineering or mechanical engineering, as an alternative a comparable vocational training with additional further training Long-term professional experience in a comparable position as well as disciplinary and professional leadership experience Very good technical understanding High self-motivation, good understanding, accuracy and an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking Joy in work in the team and desire for diplomatic communication Very good German and good English skills
