Group Management Infrastructural and Commercial Facility Management (m/f/d)

As a group manager:in cooperation with your team, you take responsibility for the infrastructure and commercial building management of our sites. You lead, support and develop your team and, together with the employees, shape safe, efficient and forward-looking solutions for our properties. In doing so, you combine different perspectives, develop processes and coordinate central topics relating to building security, operator responsibility, labour protection and real estate budgets/costs. What awaits you: Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership, regular exchange with employees, individual promotion and joint development of goals, structures and processes Designing real estate management: holistic responsibility for the infrastructure and commercial building management and joint securing of an economic and smooth operation Security & Operator Responsibility: Responsibility for Building Safety, Industrial Protection, Operator Obligations and Compliance with Legal, Regulatory and Internal Requirements Developing processes: Analysis and optimization of workflows, structures and regulations as well as active development of real estate management Budget & cost-effectiveness: holistic cost, planning and budget responsibility as well as economic use of resources and resources Representation & Interface Management: Professional representation of department management and representation of the Sparkasse in internal and external bodies and working groups This allows you to fit well into the team: Qualification: Successfully completed economic, technical or engineering studies or from a comparable technical field of study

Experiences: Multiannual experience in building, facility or real estate management Insufficient leadership experience and strong leadership and development skills
