We are:

The INTEGRAL gGmbH is a non-profit, social-ecologically oriented company in municipal sponsorship and operates coeducative housing groups for children and young people aged 10 to 18 years in Biedenkopf and next in Kirchhain.

The aim of this work is to offer young people of different origin a safe home in which they experience tolerance and appreciation, but also requirements and limitations. We promote emotional, social and cognitive development to prepare young people for a later life in self-employment. The housing groups offer up to 9 children and adolescents a protective home with a juvenile, resource-oriented and value-estimating structure. The aim is to enable young people to live independently and to develop personal and professional perspectives.

• Do you have a completed training as a social teacher or educator or equivalent?

We are looking for educational specialists for the care of our young people in our coeducative housing groups.

Tasks include:

• Responsibility for everyday design and securing basic care for children and young people
• Control of the pedagogical process
• Structure of everyday life, leisure design
• Cooperation with parents / guardians as well as cooperation with authorities, advisory bodies, specialist services and schools
• Documentation and reporting

We wish:

(m/w/d) or a comparable degree.

In addition, you should bring the following:

• Competence for educational action and professional relationship design
• Loadability, flexibility and readiness to reflect
• Working in the team and working independently
• Openness to the cultural diversity of young people and the challenges associated with them
• Secure application of MS Office programs
• Class B driving licence
