Specialist Production Master Data & Work Preparation (m/f/d)

What you do with us We are not just talking about technology, but about creating solutions that really bring our customers on. In your role as a specialist production master data & work preparation (m/w/d), you work independently and closely with your team. This means: You are planning and updating production master files such as work plans and piece lists for new and existing products as well as components in our ERP system. You will ensure the quality of our production master files by validation, analysis and plausibility checks, and thereby guide improvements. You identify optimization potentials in our production master files, such as duplicates, incorrect entries or missing information, and conduct appropriate improvement measures. You set up data analyses and evaluations as a basis for decision-making for departments and internal customers. You develop standards for managing production master files and contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, processes and digitalization. You create and care for assembly, packaging and work documents as the basis for smooth production. You support development projects through the creation of product calculations and cost-effectiveness assessments. You enter and administrate our systems for operating and machine data acquisition (MES/BDE) and contribute to the reliable collection of production-relevant data. You are actively working on cross-departmental projects to optimize master data and business processes. You bring your own ideas to the further development of our ERP processes and participate in the optimization of master data structures and system functions. You bring it - professional & human You have a completed commercial or technical training and ideally have first experience in the field of production master data, work preparation or production processes. Required expertise: English knowledge of at least B2 level. First experience in handling ERP and ideally MES systems Safe handling of MS Office applications Required experience: First experiences in master data maintenance or work preparation First experience in a manufacturing company Interest in production master data, data management and process relationships Interest in process optimization and digitization Personally you convince us by Self-employed, careful and structured work Analytical thinking and technical affinity Individual initiative, willingness to learn and team skills If you want to take responsibility and like to work in the team, you will fit us perfectly.
