Field Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You address quality problems from the field and ensure sustainable product and process improvements with a focus on international suppliers. To do this, organize and conduct quality discussions, escalations and coordinations with internal departments and external suppliers. You make a significant contribution in the warranty process by working on customer complaint cases together with the team. In addition, coordinate immediate, corrective and preventive measures to ensure product quality in the field. You carry out complaint processing and cost burden of warranty cases in the SAP system to suppliers and take over internal and external communication. You identify systematic fault images and trends at an early stage with the aid of field, warranty and quality data, prioritise these risk-based and initiate preventive measures. You carry out internal process audits during assembly to ensure stable, standardised processes and provide the necessary readiness to travel for occasional supplier audits in Europe.

You have a technical training with training as a master or technician, a technical study or a comparable qualification. You safely apply established automotive QM methods in practice. These include, in particular, structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5-Why as well as production steering plan, PPF, SPC and process capability analyses. Experience in handling SAP is advantageous, ideally in the modules QM and customer service. You have a safe occurrence, a high team capability and enforcement capability. You work independently, in a structured and independent manner and are characterized by communication strength, self-discipline and readiness to perform.
