Team Leader Sales Office Projects

We are looking for a dedicated personality that takes over the independent organization of the workflows and ensures coordination with the employees to ensure complete availability in the sales service for projects. In this position you are responsible for the commercial processing of customer offers and orders as well as their technical preparation using CAD (SolidWorks). An essential part of your activity is the management and promotion of employees with the aim of optimally exploiting and developing existing potentials. In addition, you actively support the sales outside service in contact initiation, clarify availability as well as prices, process inquiries and accompany the digital contract initiation. You act as a central interface and coordinate cooperation between external services, specialist trade, technology and production. You also take over the processing of service directories and are available as competent contact persons for projects both our specialist trade and our customers and the field service. In addition, you analyze and optimize existing supply and order processes with the aim of achieving efficiency improvements and identifying automation potentials. You actively participate in the introduction and further development of standards and participate in cross-departmental projects for the continuous improvement of our processes.

You have several years of professional experience in customer care, ideally in an innovatively oriented company. You will also have experience in working with specialist dealers as sales agents. A pronounced customer-, sales- and process-oriented way of working is just as good as the first knowledge in employee management. Your profile is supplemented by experience in handling CAD (SolidWorks). In addition, you have experience with SAP S4/HANA
