Your tasks Professional and organizational leadership of a team of about 15 employees Coordination of social and social work Ensuring professional, respectful and needs-oriented care of the residents Supporting the team in complex case constellations, conflicts and crisis situations Cooperation with authorities, advisory bodies, educational institutions, medical services and other partners Planning and structuring of workflows, service transfers and team communication Quality assurance, documentation and further development of existing processes Promoting an appreciation, stable and solution-oriented team culture Participation in training, training and professional development of the team

You should bring Completed studies in the field of social work, social education, pedagogy, psychology or a comparable qualification Experience in social work, youth assistance, migration work or a comparable social field First leadership experience or clear willingness to assume leadership responsibility Safe appearance, communication strength and a good sense for people Efficiency, determination and tranquility in challenging situations Intercultural competence and a respectful, professional attitude Structured working and pleasure in improving processes Good knowledge of German in word and writing; Other languages are advantageous Safe handling of documentation and digital tools
