Our common goal is to competently accompany technical questions and create solutions that ensure the reliable operation of our vehicles – both on the road and in the service. The advertised position is located in the Team Customer Service Operations (MCC-O) – a central component within the customer service. We are responsible for all issues relating to corrective measures for delivered vehicles as well as the warranty and culmination processing (GuK) in case of defect claims. We combine strategic vision with operational implementation. Our task field includes: the development and maintenance of guidelines and regulations, the continuous development of our processes and systems, and the operational implementation of all measures in the context of correction and warranty processes.

WHAT YOU RECOMMENDATION OF Operational GuK Day Business Professional leadership of the operating team, including guidance in complex cases and independent processing of escalated processes.

Further development of processes, quality and cooperation Implementation of Team Shopfloors and control dates, derivation and implementation of measures from revisions, coordination of interdisciplinary interfaces and control of external service providers.

System and user administration in the GuK environment Recording and prioritizing requirements, testing new functions, maintaining system-relevant parameters, global user management and ensuring global level 1 support.

Data analysis, reporting and budget management Monitoring relevant GuK key figures, compiling dashboards and ad hoc analyses, supporting managers in decision making and planning and monitoring of the market’s cunency budgets.

Regulatory development and cross-disciplinary project work Participation in the further development of GuK regulations, creation of global information, representation of corporate interests at events and cooperation in projects and audits.
