Trainee in customer service (m/f/d)

Direct entry: You take early responsibility in customer care and get to know our services from scratch. Interface work: Close cooperation with production, logistics / fleet, technology and sales – you can understand all processes that are crucial to customer needs. Training and development: regular training, workshops and personal assistance by experienced managers. Your own task package: You are working on your own topics relating to customer satisfaction, process optimization and service quality. A wide range of projects: you can expect a wide range of projects in which you are actively involved and take responsibility. Flexible location: Your use takes place across the site – it can also change between our locations in Glinde and Schwarzenbek.

Qualification: Complete bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration (BWL), Logistics, Economics or Engineering - or you're close to completion. Practical experience: First contact points with customer service or sales, e.g. through internships, work students activities or a dual study. Motivation: You want to take over, actively shape and prepare yourself for a leading role. Team spirit: joy of cooperation, communication and exchange with different interfaces. Own initiative: You like to pack things, introduce ideas and work structured and solution-oriented. Mobility: You have a class B car driver's license as well as the ability to switch between Glinde and Schwarzenbek as required.
