Place: Mönsheim

As part of the technical support team at our customer in the Mönsheim area, you are the first contact point for technical faults. You provide professional support in the diagnosis of technical error messages and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. In case of malfunctions, you are the first contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our customers, provide help for self-help on the phone and are responsible for the subsequent introduction and coordination of services You control the operations across Europe You document problems, if necessary forward them to internal specialist departments and accompany the solution finding You answer general technical customer requests and provide a qualified information and consulting service

A completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, medical technology, mechanical engineering, etc.) Technical understanding of control systems and first experience in analyzing error messages (e.g. from industrial plants, production lines or medical devices) Impressed communication skills and joy in customer contact and solution-oriented work You also keep a cool head in stressful situations and are always professional German language skills and good English skills complete your profile
