Manager Operational Procurement (m/f/d)

Technical leadership of the Material Planner in the Team Site Supply Chain / Material Planning, including resource and responsibility planning Creating and maintaining inventory and procurement plans for operational components to ensure production availability Triggering and processing of orders for the timely procurement of component deliveries Continuing delivery dates as well as voting time shifts and quantity changes with the detailed planners Reporting of deviations (set-actual balance) to Detailed / Tactical Planner including showing concrete action plans Responsibility for operating inventory management for packaging, delivery components and APIs Processing of contract manufacturing orders including consumption bookings and storage of delivery components Control of stocks in labour production camps and relocations as needed Processing of audits in ENAIO and ERP as well as commercial complaints including Order of returns Development of forecasts for suppliers and their timely dispatch

Completed studies in the field of supply chain management, business management, logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in operational purchasing, material planning or supply chain environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment First experience in the professional leadership or coordination of team members Safe handling of ERP systems (CIS) and ideal identifiers in ENAIO Analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented working methods Communication strength and coordination skills in cooperation with internal cutting points (Detailed Planner, Tactical Planner, Suppliers) High sense of responsibility, initiative and resilience in a dynamic production environment German and English skills
