Social worker or social pedagogue with state recognition or comparable qualification with equivalent skills and experience At least 1 year of professional experience in the field of child and youth assistance Good knowledge of social law (especially SGB IX and SGB VIII) Knowledge of the individual case-oriented aid plan procedure SGB VIII Good computer skills (MS Office) Coordination experience in a larger organizational unit and/or good knowledge of inclusion in Frankfurt Schools Technical support and moderation of clarification/change processes Basic knowledge of collegial advice Ability to set priorities and work structured Ability to react appropriately and calmly in crisis or conflict situations Team, Conflict and Criticism Readiness for reflection and communication Ready to Supervision
