Specialist High Voltage / Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

As a specialist in high voltage / line construction (m/w/d), you shape the strategic development of the line construction and create the basis for successful network expansion through optimized processes, cross-cutting cooperation and new structures. This allows you to make a sustainable contribution to corporate success and to the energy transition. You take a central coordination and control function for the various management levels in the field of pipelines and advance the further development of structures, processes and administrative processes. The Head of Technical Product Management (HOT) is supported by the overarching control of the asset group Overheadlines (Material / Services / Engineering) across all voltage levels (HV/MV/LV) - both in the Bavarian Work and in the E.ON Group. You are responsible for complex projects and strategic special topics (e.g. the resilience of the high-voltage network) and actively participate in cross-departmental coordination and implementation. You act as a central interface between specialist department, leadership level and adjacent organizational units and ensure effective networking of your stakeholders. The department management supports you in the content and process management of the department and accompany the development and implementation of strategic topics. These include, in particular, the implementation and further development of goals, measures and priorities, the introduction of KPIs and the management of team performance. You actively contribute your expertise to the design and optimization of business processes and are responsible for their continuous development at the level of expertise.
