Your duties

• Implementation of repairs and small repairs

• Implementation and documentation of tours in the assigned Objects

• Monitoring the state of the buildings and the functions of Technical installations

• Contact for the customer on site

Your profile

• A successfully completed training in a craftsmanship or technical profession

• First professional experience in comparable position desirable

• Handicraft skill paired with service orientation and one pronounced service-mentality

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Class B driving licence
