They ensure compliance with all legal requirements for the company in occupational safety, plant safety and fire protection They create action concepts to ensure occupational safety and advise factory management in all matters of responsibility They conduct risk assessments for all employees of the Mühlacker sites (incl. production), Böblingen and Rüsselsheim through They define and communicate preventive safety regulations and monitor compliance with the same They analyse accidents and derive appropriate measures Planning, monitoring, conducting and documenting safety-related training You create safety-relevant maintenance plans of the plants, coordinate and document the maintenance and control the success of the same

You have a degree or completed technical training with deepened knowledge and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field of occupational safety; optional additional fire protection They provide training as a specialist in occupational safety. You have extensive knowledge of relevant occupational safety laws and regulations They possess training and moderation capabilities as well as self-initiative, integrity, care and persuasiveness They ideally bring experience with occupational safety management systems, such as ISO 45001, with They are ideally fire protection or safety officers They have good MS Office skills They are characterized by pronounced communication and consulting skills and have reliable knowledge of German and English at C1 level
