As a talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you take a key role in our recruiting team and contribute directly to the growth of our customers and our company.Your role in recruiting at Aramaz Digital:As a talent finder, you are our first contact person for potential candidates. You understand what drives talents and find ways to combine their strengths with the needs of our customers in the food center. With your feeling for people and your commitment, you are the key person that successfully brings together candidates and employers. Your exciting tasks at Aramaz Digital:

1. Active Sourcing: You identify qualified talents across platforms such as Indeed, StepStone and LinkedIn – for our customers.
2. Holistic Recruiting: You control the entire selection process – from job description to interviews to successful occupation and always have an overview.
3. Profiling: You create precise candidate profiles and give our customers a sound basis of decision. Communication at eye level: You conduct structured, good interviews and know how to convince talents.
4. Processes: You actively shape Candidate Journeys and bring your ideas into the further development of our processes.
5. Data Care: You care about our talent pool and keep all information structured and up-to-date.
6. Consultation: You make sure that our customers are completely satisfied throughout the entire cooperation, thereby specifically identifying potentials for suitable additional offers. Your role as a talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) at Aramaz Digital: As Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for potential candidates. You realize what people are moving and bring their strengths together with the requirements of our customers in the food center. With your sense of talent and commitment, you make sure that the right people find each other.

This is ideally brought with you: Experience: At least three years of professional experience in recruitment or recruitment – ideally focusing on SMEs. Human knowledge: You recognize potentials and know what really matters when choosing. Own initiative: You work independently, structured and think entrepreneurial. Communication strength: You can win others for you – written and oral. Tool competence: You feel at home in digital recruiting tools, CRM systems and platforms.
