Qualification: Completed at least three years of vocational training in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitary and air conditioning, or as a carpenter (w/m/d), painter (w/m/d) or in a similar profession Competences: Experience as a master or craftsman Craft skills and experience in building support Knowledge of relevant regulations or the willingness to acquire them Knowledge of occupational safety Insufficient knowledge of building fire protection or the willingness to acquire them Knowledge of the electrical engineering or the willingness to acquire it as EuP Basic PC knowledge in the standard operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and when using the Internet Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Good communication skills Customer-/address-oriented behaviour Ability to team-oriented action, critique Good judgment Class B driving licence and the readiness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to continue training outside of Berlin to obtain and receive the necessary technical and personal qualifications (EuP, Person Liberation, Head of Officer, etc.)
