In order to ensure maximum installation availability, we are looking for a convincing management personality as the head of technology (m/w/d). HAPEKO is the first address for professionals and managers in Germany. Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team of about 8 employees. Ensuring high availability of automated storage, conveying and packaging technology through an efficient maintenance strategy. Planning, control and implementation of technical investment, maintenance and optimization projects. Coordination, control and quality monitoring of external service providers, specialist companies and service partners including budget and performance controlling. Responsibility for operator obligations, occupational safety and compliance with all relevant technical and legal requirements. Responsible for the technical facility management and the technical budget. Cooperation in energy management and supervision of internal and external audits. Close cooperation with international departments and suppliers – English is a regular working language.

Successfully completed technical training with further training to the technician or master or Studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline. Multiannual leadership experience as Head of Technology, Head of Maintenance, Maintenance Manager or in a comparable function. Knowledge gained in electrical, automation and conveyor technology as well as in the operation of highly automated systems. Experience in managing technical projects and in facility management. Detectable experience in controlling external service providers and technical service partners. knowledge of operator responsibility and relevant standards and safety regulations. Very good knowledge of German and English, as English is used as a working language in the international working environment.
