We are looking for our location in Heide as

Schleswig-Holstein's west coast has more to offer than fresh wind and attractive holiday destinations. VISHAY BCcomponents BEYSCHLAG GmbH has been part of the Vishay Group since the end of 2002 and is one of the largest employers in the region with its around 530 employees. At the Heide development and production site, we produce high-precision thin-film resistors in billion pieces. In addition to the resistors, further innovative components such as temperature sensors, SMD chip fuses and thermal fuses are also produced. Our components are used e.g. in industrial electronics, automotive and telecommunications.

Implementation of cost calculations for products and processes taking into account material, personnel and manufacturing costs Maintenance of technical data Creation of annual personnel demand and material quantity planning for production Collection and analysis of working hours Creating time studies and optimizing workflows to increase efficiency Analysis of production processes and identification of potential for improvement Preparation of reports and evaluations for cost control, efficiency measurement and process optimization Cooperation in processes optimization, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement projects

Completed engineering studies or completed training with continuing training in the field of labor management, cost calculation, etc. Multiannual professional experience in the labor economy and costing, ideally in an industrial company Funded knowledge in cost accounting, costing and working time management Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office applications (especially Excel) Analytical thinkability, number affinity and problem solution orientation Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement Self-employed and structured work
