Colleagues in the Balance Sheets Unit are responsible for the overall financial accounting of ILB and its subsidiaries. As a working student*in, you will get exciting insights into the financial processes of a funding bank and support your team in daily accounting, quality assurance measures and preparation of the annual financial statements.

In addition, you will participate in the introduction of our new core banking system and learn how modern accounting and accounting processes are designed in a regulated banking environment.

Collect valuable practical experience and become part of our team! Your tasks You process, check and book documents as part of manual payment processes according to predetermined booking and release policies. You do not carry out automated document journal checks as part of our quality assurance. You support the proper placement of booking and invoice documents in our systems (e.g. nscale and SAP FI). You participate in activities relating to the financial statements and gain insight into the accounting of a bank. You support the introduction of a new core banking system, in particular by testing new functions, creating test cases and documentation of the results.

You are an immatricated student*in, ideally in a degree course like BWL, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. You are interested in accounting, financial processes and economic relationships. Numbers inspire you and you go to tasks analytically, structured and conscientiously. You bring a technical affinity and enjoy working in new systems and digital processes. Ideally, you have already had first practical points of contact with accounting or financial accounting, which makes it easier to incorporate and you can start faster. You are responsibly redirected with sensitive data, you are happy to work in the team and have fluent knowledge of German for smooth communication in the house.
