Your duties

• Individually responsible maintenance and maintenance of electrical Plants and systems

• On-site fault analysis and repair at one of our customers

• Conduct of tests according to DGUV Note 3

• Digital documentation of the work carried out

• Maintenance of building equipment (e.g. power supply, Lighting, MSR technology)

• Communication with clients and local contact persons

Your profile

• Completed training as an electronic, electrical installer or a comparable qualification in energy and Building technology

• First experience in electrical building technology, house technology in Facility management or technical service desirable

• Self-employed and structured work

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Customer-oriented appearance & team spirit

• Class B driving licence
