Project Manager Ship Conversion Cruise Ships (m/f/d)

Own-responsible takeover of projects in the interior of cruise ships including acquisition, costing and settlement Leadership, guidance and coordination of the project team consisting of project assistance, work preparation, construction, subcontractors and foreigners Ensure the execution with regard to quality, dates and costs, including follow-up and claim management Material and equipment disposition as well as quality assurance and documentation Communication with customers in German and English Regular visits to shipyards (focus on care of Meyer Werft Papenburg) as well as missions on board Office space in Bremen

Graduate in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or wood engineering, as an alternative degree as a state-tested technician (w/m/d) or an equivalent qualification acquired by several years of professional experience in shipbuilding Basic vocational training desirable Professional experience in managing projects and teams in shipbuilding as well as in personnel deployment planning and follow-up management Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also in MS Project Entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and organisational and coordination skills Safe and binding occurrence Good English knowledge of word and writing Driving licence class B and readiness to travel in the area North Germany
