Responsible programming of 3D coordinate measuring machines and computer tomographs with the software PC-DMIS and WinWerth Analysis, optimization and further development of measurement programs for series and initial sampling tests as well as commissioning and validation of new measurement programs Own-sponsored execution and evaluation of measurement orders for skill analyses, receipt checks, initial sample test reports (EMPB) and production-related tests, preparation and communication of the measurement results to internal and external contact persons the installation and training of employees in the operation of the measuring instruments; also cross-works Operation and application of further measuring systems (e.g. optical measuring systems, roughness measuring devices, hand measuring devices) Analysis of existing measurement processes and the development and implementation of optimization measures in the context of continuous improvement processes, including across locations Cooperation in projects for the introduction, standardization and further development of processes and processes of 3D measurement technology as well as implementation of project results in operating operations, including across locations

Successfully completed technical training, ideally complemented by a further education to master (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) Knowledge of programming and operation of 3D measuring machines and computer tomographs, ideally PC DMIS and WinWerth Knowledge of further measuring methods and measuring means further training in quality assurance and multiannual experience in industrial measurement technology; AUKOM 1 & 2 are advantageous Safe handling of technical drawings, shape and position tolerances (GD&T) and functional dimension Very good analytical and structured operation Maximum accuracy, reliability and a pronounced quality awareness Very good communication and cooperation capability Individual initiative, team capacity and service orientation Safe handling of the current MS Office programs
