We offer you a comprehensive firefighting and management training in theory and practice, which is partly also carried out with other firefighters and institutes.You are comprehensively prepared for an activity as a specialist with administrative and operational tasks in the field of indoor services as well as as as an operational management in the field of service.

The training begins with a fire brigade course at the fire department Wiesbaden. You will then be further qualified in the field of leadership training for group, train, and association leaders. In practical training sections there is the possibility to deepen your knowledge in the fire service. You will also complete courses, for example in the field of administration and human leadership. The training events take place at training facilities throughout the federal territory. The appointment to the preparatory service shall be based on the official's relationship to revocation.

After successful completion of the two-year training in the course of the upscale firefighting service, you will be given an office at the professional firefighter. As a rule, you perform tasks in one of the six departments. Here you are employed as a specialist in the high-end firefighting service in day service and provide the function as an operational management service for certain days a year. The operational management service includes the function of an operational manager and leader in a basic unit on different fire guards and the location service in the central control center. The important component here is also the shaping of the training. The tasks of the operational management service are performed in the 24-hour shift model.
